Eggless Vanilla Cupcake Recipe | Cupcakes with and Without Oven

 

 In this blog, you will see how to make delicious eggless cupcake this is Vanilla flavour and are very easy to make no whisk and no wetting and they turned out really fluffy and tasty


1 cup milk bring to a boil and  then add butter using salted butter is going to add a very nice taste using salted Butter ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons and you need to heat the melted butter gets completely dissolved or melts in the milk and the switch off the flame and pour this mixture into a bowl

 now you need to let this mixture becomes warm not very hot vs Lukewarm and after that Add 2 teaspoon white vinegar this is synthetic vinegar give it a good start and then let this mixture set for 10 minutes

after 10 minutes you'll notice that the milk has cured at a bit and that's perfect because that going to make are taking nice and spongy

 now and one-half teaspoon vanilla essence mix well and then we're going to sift together two cups of all purpose flour maida 1 cup powdered sugar regular sugar is powdered it using a mixer grinder and 6 tablespoons milk powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda aur khane wala soda and inclusive everything together now just milk powder is going to give this Vanilla flavoured cupcake a very nice and milky creamy taste and texture, using a brisk I am going to make everything well so using a whisk makes it easier to remove the lumps that is the reason I am going to 5 /6 times and after that is removed the whisk 2 want to over beat this mixture after that gently fold the mixture using a spatula 4 to 5 times and then I am going to use an ice cream scoop to know this mixture into the cupcake liner but you could also uses phone if you do not have a nice cream scoop here I have 9 medium size cupcake liners you can also use silicone moulds are aluminium mould so 9 cupcakes of medium sized what will to get using this better do not completely fill the paper cup 3/4 level now I am going to break the today in my OTG oven but if you want to take this in your Kadai or pressure cooker just put some salt places stand and at medium flame you need to pre heat  cooker for 10 minutes and then wait the cupcakes for 12 to 15 minutes.
